As one of the founders of 4flow, Kai Althoff has been with the company for 20 years and has played a key role in shaping it. As COO, he has been a member of the Management Board for many years.

"I am very much looking forward to the new role and am convinced that we will continue to achieve great success and grow continuously with our integrated business model," says Kai Althoff. "I see it as a great advantage that Stefan Wolff will remain with 4flow in his new role. On the one hand, it gives the company a high degree of stability and, on the other, I personally value our collaboration very highly."

The change at the top has been planned for a long time and is being implemented according to plan. "We logisticians have always seen change as an opportunity. And we want to seize them. 4flow is excellently positioned for the future, also thanks to the new management structure, and I firmly believe that the company has a bright future ahead of it," says Dr. Stefan Wolff. "I am delighted that Kai Althoff is taking over the position of CEO. I have known and respected him for a long time, have the utmost confidence in his abilities and am convinced that he is absolutely the best choice to successfully shape the future of the company."
