His colleagues on the Management Board remain Jann Fehlauer (53), responsible for service development in the areas of testing, expert opinions and industry, and Friedemann Bausch (47), new to the Management Board and responsible for finance. Bausch, a financial expert, has headed the Mergers & Acquisitions department at DEKRA since 2010 and has been responsible for the successful completion of numerous company takeovers in recent years.

"With annual sales of 1.3 billion euros, DEKRA Automobil GmbH is the most important and largest company within the DEKRA Group," says DEKRA CEO Stefan Kölbl, who is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DEKRA Automobil GmbH. "We are convinced that the new management team will seamlessly build on the successes of recent years."

Guido Kutschera (50) has been Managing Director of DEKRA Automobil GmbH since 2013, initially for the appraisals division. Since June 2018, he has been Managing Director of the Market Development division and is responsible for the 75 branches across Germany. Before joining DEKRA, he held various positions at the Carglass / Belron Group and Solera Inc / Audatex Holding.

Jann Fehlauer (53) has been Managing Director of DEKRA Automobil GmbH since June 2018 and is responsible for service development. Previously, he was Head of Vehicle Testing at DEKRA and Head of the DEKRA branch in Braunschweig. He began his career as a test engineer at DEKRA in 1994.

Friedemann Bausch (47) has been Head of Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions since 2010. Before joining DEKRA, he initially worked in private banking before moving into the investment business and working for two private equity companies as Senior Investment Manager and Head of Legal.
