Schulte's contract will continue to run from September 1, 2024 until August 31, 2027. With this personnel decision, the airport operator's supervisory body reaffirms its recognition of the successful development of the Fraport Group in Germany and abroad.

The entire Group will operate CO2-free by 2045 at the latest. At the same time, important expansion projects are underway in Frankfurt, Lima and Antalya.

Trained as a banker and with a doctorate in business administration, Stefan Schulte began his career at Fraport AG in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer.
