Johannes Danieli strengthens management team
Company succession secured at Harder logistics
The family-run specialist company Harder logistics, which focuses on company relocations and special logistics projects, has set its course for the future. Johannes Danieli (25 years old) officially took over the position of Junior Project Manager on October 1 and strengthens the management team, which continues to be headed by his father Marcello Danieli (57 years old) as Managing Partner.
Danieli Junior has been a permanent employee at the company since 2018. During his first year as a trainee, he gained an insight into all key areas. In addition, he has already taken over full responsibility for two strategically important areas. Firstly, he set up the in-house scanning center, which has been operational since this spring. Due to the increasing demand for the digitization of classic archives, Harder logistics decided to include this service in its portfolio at the beginning of the year. Danieli Junior is also responsible for the further development of the IT systems. The plan is to implement an ERP system and to reorganize and expand the server structure.
Marcello Danieli says of the move to secure the company's future: "It is essential that we have dynamic young people like my son in our team who are familiar with today's requirements and working methods and who can use their expertise to drive our company forward. If there is confidence that the business will continue, this also helps to secure and expand jobs." The junior is already a familiar face for the employees, as he has worked in the company for years on individual projects.
A graduate in business administration specializing in logistics, he acquired his theoretical knowledge at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Heidenheim and completed the associated practical blocks at DB Schenker. He gained additional professional experience during his internships at the German car manufacturer Daimler in Stuttgart.
The junior also wants to use his expertise to set two further priorities: "Due to the strong growth in recent years, I am keen to adapt the structures and standardize certain processes. As a young person with experience in human resources and training, I also want to set the tone in terms of a modern working environment and employee development."
