Kai Althoff is the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of 4flow. The former CEO and co-founder of 4flow, Dr. Stefan Wolff, is moving to the Supervisory Board, where he will take over as Chairman.

In his almost 20 years at 4flow, Andreas Kick has advised companies in various industries. Kick combines supply chain transformation and new technologies. On the new 4flow Management Board, Andreas Kick is responsible for 4flow consulting worldwide, for which he was most recently a partner.

Julian Schulcz joined the company in 2004 and initially worked in consulting before assuming responsibility for the development of the 4PL division 4flow management in 2009. To date, he and his team have created a globally active company that was awarded the German Logistics Prize in 2016, together with AGCO. Julian Schulcz is the new board member responsible for 4PL's 4flow management division worldwide.

In an increasingly volatile world, logistics and supply chains are becoming even more important for the performance of companies. To this end, 4flow is positioning itself even more effectively with the new Management Board and is expanding the strengths of its business model and digitalization capabilities. The new Management Board and the 4flow management team have set themselves the target of 150% growth by 2025.

"We are full of energy and motivation for what lies ahead. I am really looking forward to the new task together with this new team," says the new CEO, Kai Althoff. "With Julian Schulcz and Andreas Kick as COOs, we have expanded the Management Board in the best possible way. This will enable us to act in an even more targeted and faster manner in future."
