LT-manager 04/2018

Martin Schrüfer,

Editorial: News on www.lt-manager.de

Dear readers, it's been a long, long time: LT-manager #1 was published in October 2010, with the 100 million euro man Michael ten Hompel on the cover, and off we went on a wild ride. Thank you for your loyalty and your interest in a magazine that does things differently.

Instead of a cake to celebrate LT-manager's eighth birthday, a few weeks ago we decided to revamp our homepage. Simple, fast and with a responsive design, our news and stories now have a stylish layout. Regardless of whether you visit http://www.lt-manager.de on your desktop, smartphone or tablet. The online presence continues to focus on "LT People", where we bundle personnel news from logistics, transport, industry and trade. "In is who is in" - at least when they change companies, are promoted up, down or sideways, or when their responsibilities change. Take a look inside! In the core discipline of print, we offer our usual exclusives in this issue: Andreas Bullwinkel corrects the image of JadeWeserPort, Germany's only deep-water port, Michael Ruchty talks about the upcoming leading intralogistics trade fair LogiMAT and commercial vehicle expert Oliver Willms introduces autonomous driving concepts. Three topics, but there's more to discover - enjoy the old-school browsing and reading!

Best wishes from Munich,

Martin Schrüfer
