Many laws must be posted. Employers are obliged to make these laws available to their employees and thus inform them of their rights in the workplace. The reference book "Aushangpflichtige Gesetze 2020" from WEKA MEDIA contains a collection of the most important laws and regulations as of January 15, 2020.
No matter how large a company is and regardless of its legal form, a large number of laws must be posted or displayed in an easily accessible and legible manner for all employees - and always in the latest version. The obligation to inform employees can be met quickly and easily with the reference book "Gesetzliche Aushangpflichtige Gesetze 2020". The book contains a compact summary of all relevant occupational health and safety laws, including all amendments as of January 15, 2020. As it is provided with a cord, it can be easily posted on the notice board.
Important regulations and laws were revised and passed. For example, extensive changes were made to the Federal Parental Allowance and Parental Leave Act. This affects, among other things, § 1 "Entitled persons" in Section 1 "Parental allowance", paragraph 7 of which on the eligibility of foreigners who are not entitled to freedom of movement has been completely revised. A new addition is § 24b "Electronic support for applications". The transitional provision in Section 27 has also been updated.
The reference book "Aushangpflichtige Gesetze 2020" contains, among other things, the updated versions of:
- Federal Parental Allowance and Parental Leave Act (BEEG)
- Youth Employment Protection Act (JArbSchG)
- Occupational Health and Safety Act (ArbSchG)
- Home Work Act (HAG)
