Logistics study 2019Händlerbund: Online retailers want to become more sustainable

For the third time, the Händlerbund surveyed online retailers on the topics of returns, shipping and packaging in its 2019 logistics study. The results show: Significantly more online retailers than in 2018 feel committed to sustainability.
