Greiwing honors outstanding trainees

This summer, Greiwing logistics for you GmbH took on eight trainees after they successfully completed their training. In addition, the logistics specialist has chosen its three top trainees, who will receive prizes in recognition of their achievements. In addition to a trophy and a certificate, these also include a cash prize of 1,500 euros each.

"Our trainees are the future of our company and their value cannot be overestimated. That's why we are proud to be able to inspire eight of them to continue their careers with us," says Jürgen Greiwing, Managing Partner of the company. Five of the new employees come from Greven and have completed their training as freight forwarding and logistics specialists. They include Lennart Fischer, Alexander Raysbikh, Johannes Wegmann and Jonas Koziak. Kim Kalbitz has also completed her training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk and will be joining the team at the Leipheim branch.

Nicole Herre and Lisa-Marie Germar have also joined the Greiwing transport team in Duisburg. They have successfully completed their training as professional drivers. The cohort is completed by René Bamatondo, who will support the team in the family company's workshop as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician.

Top Trainee Award: incentive for future trainees

"We recognize our best junior employees as top trainees. On the one hand, to recognize their outstanding achievements, and on the other, to offer future trainees an incentive to stay committed and give their all," says Greiwing.

Greiwing presents the Top Trainee Award to the three trainees with the best vocational school reports. This year, the coveted award went to Lennart Fischer from Greven (forwarding and logistics management assistant), Alexander Raysbikh from Greven (forwarding and logistics management assistant) and Kim Kalbitz from Leipheim (forwarding and logistics management assistant). In addition to the seven different apprenticeships, the family business also offers the option of a dual study program.
