Bad Neustadt/Nuremberg/Pohořelice (Czech Republic), 17.08.2018 - The Geis Group is responsible for the logistics of dm drogerie markt's new online store in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Since mid-February, customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia have been able to order around 12,000 items from the comfort of their own homes. Geis is responsible for all warehouse logistics and delivery to end customers.
At the Pohořelice logistics center in the east of the Czech Republic, the Geis company Geis CZ bundles all processes for both the Slovakian and the Czech online store - from goods receipt, storage and picking to packing in the best possible box. With its own parcel services Geis Parcel CZ and Geis Parcel SK, the Geis Group can offer a complete e-logistics package and also handles the transportation of parcels to the end customer. The concept is proving popular with customers: In the first four months, the number of orders has already doubled, and an expansion is already being planned. mm
