Gebrüder Weiss shines again at the BCM Award

On July 1, the Gebrüder Weiss customer magazine "ATLAS - Die Welt bewegt" was awarded the Best of Content Marketing Award 2020 with gold in the category "Transport / Logistics / Automotive".

This is the third time that the company has prevailed against its high-caliber competitors in the B2B print magazine category. This year, the award winners were announced as a live online broadcast without an audience. The "ATLAS - Die Welt bewegt" is realized by the Gebrüder Weiss communications department under the direction of Frank Haas in cooperation with the Groothuis agency.

The theme of the award-winning issue is "normal". The reports, interviews and stories it contains deal with the question: What is normal and do we even have to be normal? The reports not only look at the company's own content from the various countries in which Gebrüder Weiss is present. They also provide insights from outside the box, for example on normality from the perspective of sociology, medicine or animal behavior research.

The jury statement for the BCM Award also said: "Courage that is rewarded. Very modern design combined with a photographic language that appears authentic. Refreshing, daring and not constantly revolving around itself."

With around 700 entries, the Best of Content Marketing Award is the largest competition for content-driven corporate communication in Europe. The CMF (Content Marketing Forum) has been presenting the award together with its media partners HORIZONT, LOUT and CP Monitor since 2003. Gebrüder Weiss already won gold with its customer magazine in 2014 and 2019 and was also awarded the "Grand Prix" for particularly outstanding work in 2019.
