The contract logistics specialist has been handling the global supply of spare parts for Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA's medical technology products at the Raunheim site since 2011. Simon Hegele now provides warehouse logistics, kit building, order picking, packaging, dangerous goods and customs clearance, air freight handling and returns processing for Dräger at the Raunheim site.

Stefan Ulrich, Managing Partner, sums up the last few months: "With the takeover of additional volumes from Dräger, we identified potential for optimization in our processes in the first half of 2018, which meant that we were initially unable to fully exploit our performance potential. Thanks to our partnership-based approach, we dealt with the issues effectively, enabling us to make the necessary improvements."
