Logivest leases to Marigan Bio Extracts
To the east of Gera, in the Korbwiesen industrial estate in Korbußen, Logivest has brokered a production hall and warehouse measuring around 2,000 square meters to Marigan Bio Extracts GmbH.
The supplier of microalgae extracts for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry was looking for a suitable property at short notice. The requirements for the property were not only a good connection, but in particular an adequate ventilation system that would enable the cultivation of microalgae. Originally planned as a production hall, the property in Korbußen has the desired system, a crane runway and three accessible hall doors.
"The Leipzig/Halle logistics region was the most successful region in Germany last year in terms of new construction volume. The surrounding area also has a lot of potential and, as in the case of this property, boasts ideal connections via the A4 highway," says Dennis Grube, Consultant Industrial and Logistics Letting for the Thuringia region.
The logistics property is scheduled to be occupied in August 2021. The landlord of the property is Heinrich KUPER GmbH.
