2nd prize 2018 - Inflatable water park "Wibit Sports Park XL"

The original on the left comes from Wibit Sports in Bocholt. The counterfeit also comes from China, from Sunny Kingdom. The imitator copies the product, i.e. the complete sports park with all the details (including life jackets) and uses the original "Wibit Hand" logo. He has also taken the concept and music from the original Wibit advertising video. The Plagiarius has been awarded since 1977. In 40 years, there have been around 400 award-winning products and more than 1,600 cases of plagiarism submitted. Products from a wide range of industries have been awarded: cutting and household goods, sanitary products, tools, furniture, stationery, children's toys, perfumes, jewelry, technical products and devices such as non-functioning emergency ventilators, car rims, chainsaws and mopeds.
