Utz: On the trail of load carriers
At the trade fair in Stuttgart, Utz will be providing an overview of the options for tracking load carriers along their route using RFID or barcodes. In this context, the refinement of plastic containers and pallets into intelligent load carriers is becoming increasingly important. For example, Utz is presenting a pallet that has been awarded the Packaging Prize and has two RFID tags embedded in its feet. These pool pallets are already recorded on delivery and assigned to the customer's system before delivery. All of this is automated. Visitors can experience further examples of intelligent containers and pallets up close at the Utz stand.
