The easy way to robotics for high-bay warehouses
Balyo specializes in converting standard forklift trucks into automated robots and presents its narrow-aisle robot Reachy with long reach.
The device will be on display together with tools designed to simplify the switch from manual to autonomous material handling and at the same time create up to 30 percent more space in warehouse operations.
The slim, infrastructure-free push mast robot can pick up pallets weighing up to 1600 kilograms at a height of 12 meters. It can also perform a 360° turn in just 2.9 meters. The vehicle is equipped with the highest level of intelligence for fully autonomous movement, using advanced LiDAR and a proprietary SLAM algorithm, as well as additional 3D cameras and sensors that recognize virtually every type of pallet used worldwide. The experts will demonstrate tools such as Balyo eBudget for easy robot project planning and the Balyo Road Editor software.
