Pallets arrive at the warehouse by truck, an automated EXV iGo systems pallet truck collects the delivery from the truck unloading station and takes it to the contour check - a smart and lean checking device that works independently of conveyor technology and can therefore be positioned anywhere in the warehouse. Flawless pallets are also stored from there via an EXV iGo system. When a customer order is received, the pallet truck retrieves the goods and makes them available at a transfer station. Here, an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) from the Still ACH series takes over the horizontal onward transport in the direction of the conveyor system in order to transfer the goods for re-palletizing and packing. In addition to the automation scenario, Still will be presenting two new product lines: the "Xcellence Line" and the "Classic Line".
