Jung's tugger train trailer works according to the modular system
Jung GmbH has been involved in the production of tugger train trailers for many years. The Jung Distribution Carriers are used to load different types of floor rollers in the "station" or warehouse and then transport them by tugger train to the points of use in production.
A major advantage of the "Bridge" trailers is that they are accessible from both sides. This makes it easy to swap full/empty loads regardless of the location of the unloading point. The two most popular models are the JDC 10 Bridge electric with a capacity of 1,000 kilograms and the JDC 5 Bridge manual with a capacity of 500 kilograms as the basic version. With this logistics trailer, Jung offers a flexible and robust solution for internal and external route transport. With all-wheel Ackermann steering, up to four trailers in the tugger train can be driven with maximum directional stability. The electric lifting of the ground rollers significantly reduces wear and noise. Wheels with super-elastic solid rubber tires are available for all models in the JDC series.
