I.D. Systems is now called PowerFleet

Following the recently completed acquisitions of CarrierWeb and Pointer/Cellocator, the American company I.D. Systems is now operating under the name PowerFleet, Inc. The fleet management specialist is thus continuing on its expansion course and, according to its own statements, is "consistently pursuing its international growth strategy for the coming years".

Through the business units - PowerFleet for Industrial, PowerFleet for Logistics and PowerFleet for Vehicles - the new group of companies offers telematics and analysis platforms for fleets and is becoming the global, innovative IoT solution provider for telematics applications in the respective segments. Currently, over 800 employees support more than 1,500 customers with over 600,000 systems.

The European sales offices in Germany and England have now also been renamed PowerFleet GmbH and PowerFleet Systems Ltd and will also gradually take over the global corporate design. Both companies are still responsible for system solutions of the PowerFleet for Industrial sub-brand for industrial trucks.
