The MS512 MK3 is a robust 12.1 inch forklift terminal with a slim form factor and powerful specifications, specially developed for tough logistics applications. The new MS512 MK3 forklift terminal combines leading Intel Core i5 processor performance, modern architecture and a compact housing. The logistics terminal is equipped with up to 32 GB DDR4 memory (8 GB standard) and 128 GB (max. 512 GB) SSD memory, which have been specially developed for industrial tasks. The fanless and robust aluminum housing was designed for rough use and offers IP65 protection. For the first time with 4logistic, complete shielding of the connections is guaranteed as an option.

For comfortable handling, the manufacturer has opted for an XGA 12.1 inch display on the MS512 MK3, which is easy to read even in sunlight and has a typical brightness of 600 cd/m² (optional 1,200 cd/m²). With 89° per axis, it has a very wide viewing angle. The MS512 MK3 forklift terminal is available with a resistive (pressure-sensitive) touchscreen or projective capacitive touch (PCT touchscreen) with gesture control. Both variants are robust and can be operated with gloves.

Two specially developed integrated high-performance antennas ensure continuous data transmission when traveling through the warehouse. Equipped with the latest Gigabit WLAN technology, the MS512 MK3 Panel PC works according to the Wi-Fi 5 specification and naturally supports the latest standards such as 802.11 ac Wave 2 or roaming according to 802.11r. Switching between different access points is possible seamlessly in just a few milliseconds. Future-proof and ready for IIoT applications, the logistics terminal also has integrated Bluetooth 5. The new transmission standard delivers significantly faster data rates with a much greater range. The terminal can also be optionally equipped with GPS or a 4G LTE module for remote communication.

The robust logistics terminals in the MS5 MK3 series are powerful panel computers for use in intralogistics vehicles with modern features, industry-leading slim dimensions and high energy efficiency. They are based on an Intel Core i5™ processor, up to 32 GB DDR4 RAM and ultra-fast industrial SSD memory. In addition to the 12.1-inch MS512 MK3 model, the MS5 MK3 series also includes two other formats with a 10.4-inch or 15.6-inch widescreen display.

Whether order picking directly on the forklift, convenient booking of incoming goods, control of machines or use on industrial trucks - the 4logistic MS5 MK3 series has a wide range of applications. All models are class 5M3 vibration and shock resistant and can be operated in a temperature range from -20° to +60°C. In the cold store, an optional heater ensures the ideal temperature and a clear view. Thanks to a flexible voltage input of 6 - 60 V DC, the terminals are suitable for almost all vehicle electrical systems.
