Vetter Krantechnik relies on a new concept
Mobile slewing jib crane in modular design
The mobile slewing jib crane "Mobilus" has been redesigned by the Siegerland-based company Vetter Krantechnik. A new concept is designed to offer numerous advantages.
The standard locking of the boom ensures safe transportation. The crane base can be lifted using forklift pockets with a forklift truck or pulled with a forklift truck using a drawbar/coupling system. The crane can also be attached using lifting eyes and transported with an indoor crane, and of course it can still be moved manually using the integrated trolley.
An innovative feature of the design is the modular principle, in which the newly developed crane base made of concrete rings can be combined with different crane variants. Depending on requirements, the customer chooses the standard crane with 360° slewing range or opts for the 270° variant with overhead jib or lightweight jib made of aluminum profile.
The "Mobilus" is also available as a versatile handling crane with an articulated jib. Within the maximum parameters, the crane base can be extended with additional concrete rings and the crane attachment can be replaced.
