Everything done in four minutes, promises FAB
FAB Fördertechnik und Anlagenbau (FAB) from Waldshut-Tiengen will be focusing on the automated truck loading and unloading system at the trade fair.
This integrated solution includes the system semi-trailer, the interior fittings of the semi-trailer with conveyor technology depending on the type of load carriers provided by the customer, the docking station at the loading ramp and the stationary conveyor system for buffering the load. If required, FAB can also take over the intralogistics planning and implementation of the conveyor technology for the further automated material flow towards production or the warehouse. It is suitable for applications in which the internal material flow in the loading zone is to be made even more efficient and time-saving. With the FAB system, a complete semi-trailer with 33 pallets can be loaded or unloaded in four minutes. Further applications are possible because the system can be configured precisely to individual requirements. Additional equipment such as loading aids or load securing devices are available as options.
