Eisenmann Anlagenbau: Double-rail floor conveyor for more throughput
It enables a 30 percent higher throughput and is also very compact: Eisenmann is presenting a new version of the two-rail floor conveyor in Stuttgart. It is far more compact than the previous model and achieves a throughput of up to 600 pallets per hour. The vehicles, barely wider than the load handling device with a track width of 800 millimeters, transport loads of up to 1,500 kilograms at a speed of up to 3.3 m/s. With the rail system and the fast-switching points, complex system layouts can also be implemented in existing buildings. Eisenmann is a supplier of systems and services in the fields of surface technology, material flow automation, thermal processing and environmental technology.
