"This industry and process expertise fits in very well with our focus," says viastore COO Detlef Ganz. "We have already worked closely together on numerous projects and are convinced of the high level of expertise of our new colleagues. This will strengthen our expertise and capacity in a key service area." Buck Engineering will continue to be managed as an independent company under the umbrella of the viastore Group, with co-partner Torsten Schoder remaining Managing Director. "As an owner-managed, innovative and at the same time down-to-earth company, Buck Engineering is a very good fit for us," adds viastore CEO Philipp Hahn-Woernle. "And what is particularly important to us is that the team is not only technically highly competent, but also very international."
