Tailor intralogistics solutions to requirements with Dualis
montratec GmbH specializes in customer-specific intralogistics solutions for efficient assembly automation and systematic process interlinking of industrial production and logistics processes. The company has developed the montrac monorail and shuttle transport system for this purpose. To visualize the solutions, the intralogistics specialist uses the 3D simulation platform Visual Components offered by DUALIS GmbH IT Solution.
With montratec's solutions, different production processes, including the integration of robot and manual workstations, can be flexibly networked - from batch size one to high-volume production. In addition to integrating the transport system into external process systems, it is also possible to integrate an ERP system connection. With a particular focus on production and assembly lines in the automotive, e-mobility, plastics, electronics, medical technology and pharmaceutical industries, the montrac intralogistics solution enables complex internal transport tasks and assembly processes to be managed more intelligently, quickly and efficiently.

The provider uses the 3D simulation platform Visual Components for this purpose. This enables the simulation-based planning of systems and machines as well as interlinked production processes. This allows processes to be mapped realistically and planned with foresight. Dualis specializes in the development of software and services for planning and optimizing production and factories and acts as a specialist distributor for Visual Components. Dualis also develops add-ons and services for the platform.
