"I am encouraged by the prospect of positive business development in our industry. Automated intralogistics and e-commerce, in whatever detailed form, will fit together perfectly in the coming years. Even if the pandemic proceeds in a controlled manner and city centers hopefully fill up again, online retail will grow disproportionately. I continue to be encouraged by our perfectly matching system portfolio. We have consistently trimmed our systems for high performance in recent years. Our patented Multi Access Warehouse is the number one in the shuttle warehouse sector in terms of performance and flexibility for good reason. And, of course, our pocket sorter, which is a top solution for returns management, among other things. Finally, we have given our Selektron software suite a significant update so that our customers' processes can be optimized and tracked transparently.
Provided we can smooth out the supply bottlenecks on the market and finally get the coronavirus crisis under control, I expect the economy to develop positively in 2022. Politics will play a role that should not be underestimated in this regard.
