L.I.T. grows through takeover
The L.I.T. Group has acquired the Gübau Group, based in Wolfsburg and Velbert, with retroactive effect from January 1, 2023. In addition to the two companies Gübau Logistics and Gübau Service GmbH, the subsidiary Vetra Spedition GmbH is now also part of the Brake-based group of companies.

B-LOG takes over Bremen-based traditional forwarding company Diedrich Meyer
B-LOG Bulk Logistik GmbH is the new shareholder of Diedrich Meyer GmbH & Co. KG. With effect from March, the joint venture between the L.I.T. Group and the port logistics company J. Müller Weser GmbH & Co. KG took over the business operations of the insolvent forwarding company.
