Smart-Flow presents new lightweight plastic pallets
The SF1100L, SF1140L and SF1200L square lightweight plastic pallets from Smart-Flow will be presented for the first time at the digital event materialfluss world + conference.
These particularly nestable and space-saving export pallets are suitable for transportation and container shipping thanks to their square format. This means that expensive space can be utilized right down to the last corner. The robust pallets are injection-molded from HDPE plastic and can be produced either as pure products or from recycled plastic. Unlike wooden pallets, they do not absorb moisture and pests cannot nest in the pallets. The SF1200L pallet is particularly popular in the chemical industry, for example, where it is used to export sensitive materials.
The square lightweight pallets are available in the dimensions 1,100 x 1,100, 1,140 x 1,140 and 1,200 x 1,200 mm. All variants have a height of 145 mm and are each equipped with 9 rounded 7 mm feet. With a weight of 8.7 kg, 9.2 kg and 10.2 kg, the pallets are lightweight. The surface is non-porous, does not absorb liquids and is therefore resistant to moisture. The open structure of the deck can be cleaned easily and thoroughly. The high-quality plastic material is also particularly resistant to heat and cold. Thanks to its robustness and quality, the pallet can be used for many cycles and is 100% recyclable at the end of its useful life.
The virtual stand of Gamma-Wopla and Smart-Flow at the materialfluss world + conference from 22 to 26 March 2021 will also showcase the diverse, sustainable range of smart plastic pallets, boxes and special solutions for the parma-retail and food sectors, among others.
