Empty runner container series for the automated warehouse is expanded
In the automation container portfolio, Bito is expanding its XL Motion series, which is used in many projects primarily due to its low running noise, with the new Ecomotion models.
The new empty bin variants for the are made entirely from recycled material and are characterized, among other things, by the new Easy2divide subdivision system with slim and quick-change dividers. The XL Motion is a classic system container designed for use in automated warehouses. Its specially developed base and support surface ensure that the automatic container runs extremely quietly over the conveyor system and therefore significantly reduces the noise level in automated warehouses.
The container can be subdivided many times and is therefore very flexible in terms of partitioning and use. Furthermore, the new Ecomotion models are equipped with cleverly integrated, concealed drainage openings for fire protection. As the circumferential water drainage holes on the lower edge of the container are not visible from the outside, faults caused by container gaps detected by the automatic system by mistake can be ruled out.
This significantly simplifies the requirements in conveyor technology. Another new feature is the specially designed lifting shafts, which facilitate operation using vertical lifting devices. Different wall versions, which can be selected depending on the requirements of the storage and retrieval machines or conveyor systems, make the new Ecomotion containers individually adaptable to the respective automated systems. The new Ecomotion containers are available in two basic dimensions: 600 x 400 millimetres and 650 x 450 millimetres. They are each manufactured in different heights.
