Cabka-IPS: Chemical pallet with wings

The Eco P3 range was specially developed for the chemical industry. "As we were able to see at the Chemical Logistics Forum in Antwerp, among others, the consistently further developed design is of particular interest to most visitors.

The Eco P3 does not differ in size from the standard CP 7 wooden pallet, but offers all the advantages of a plastic pallet," says Peter Feys, Sales Director Chemical Market at Cabka. The protruding wing deck provides a very large contact surface and enables large quantities to be transported even on smaller conveyor belts. Furthermore, the "wing design" with slightly rounded corners facilitates more stable packaging of the goods with stretch film and offers forklift trucks the option of lifting the pallet at additional points. The Eco P3 has the same dimensions (1300 x 1100 x 150 millimetres) as the CP 7 wooden pallet, but is only 12 kilograms lighter. At the same time, it is free of splinters and sharp edges, protecting the bags from abrasion. ms
