Due to the growing product range and the demand for reusable solutions, the previous storage capacity in Ringe was no longer sufficient, the company reports. A new warehouse was therefore built, which has now been officially opened. The new hall offers 7,200 m² of additional storage space for around 15,000 pallets. Many of the products stored outside can now be stored in the hall, protected from the weather. The hall has been equipped with two loading ramps to enable fast loading and unloading of trucks.

After increasing its storage capacity for raw materials by around 130% last year with six new silos, bekuplast is continuing the expansion at its headquarters in Ringe with this investment. The company currently has a storage area of 50,000 m², of which around 28,000 m² is covered storage space. bekuplast is sending a positive signal for the future of the site in Ringe with this investment, even in the current coronavirus crisis. Regional companies were commissioned with the planning and execution of the construction work, which enabled the hall to be completed in just four months.

The bekuplast group of companies is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of reusable plastic transport packaging. Around 20 million items of reusable transport packaging leave the factory at the headquarters in Ringe every year. This includes storage and transport containers, pallets and special plastic solutions.
