PAKi Logistics GmbH withdraws the action brought before the Düsseldorf Regional Court for infringement of the three patents EP 2 487 117, EP 2 878 548 and EP 2 878 549 following an amicable settlement with CHEP.

IPP Logipal GmbH has been offering the 1.4 quarter pallet since 2012, a product that has been consistently developed further. The company's aim was to create competition in a market that had previously been very one-sided on the supplier side. "With new fastening options for different display formats and new developments for easy handling, the product has not only convinced many users, but also impressed the competition quite quickly after its launch on the market," writes PAKi Logistics in a corresponding press release.
