The Mechafant will be on public display for the first time at stand 5205 in hall 5. It is able to independently pick up loaded Euro pallets from the ground in order to transport them autonomously to their destination and unload them there.

At the heart of this new development is the Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) HD-1500 from Omron, which has been developed for autonomous material handling solutions. The AMR MHP 08500-10 Mechafant HuckePack from MartinSystems, which can now be seen at a trade fair for the first time, can lift loads of up to 1.2 tons. It is therefore equipped to transport entire Euro pallets, which can otherwise only be moved with forklift trucks. AMR manufacturer Omron will be exhibiting at Motek on the stand of its partners MartinMechanic and MartinSystems to demonstrate the possibilities of modern material handling.
