New head of England for EK Automation
E&K Automation Ltd, the UK subsidiary of the German transport robotics specialist E&K Automation, is starting the second half of the year with a new management team: Chris Price will take over as Managing Director in July.
Chris Price previously worked for a number of well-known companies in the transportation and intralogistics sector and has more than 20 years of experience in this segment. In his new position, the manager will be supported by Mike Burke, who as Head of Operations is responsible for project management and existing customer business in the UK.
Mike Burke, who has been with E&K Automation Ltd. for 34 years and is also Vice President of the AMHSA Automated Material Handling Systems Association, is looking forward to working with the new Managing Director. Chris Price emphasizes: "I am delighted to take over the management of such a respected and established transport automation specialist and to help EK Automation UK's business reach new heights."
