Robert McKeel new CEO at Fortna
Fortna - The Distribution Experts, an automation, technical services and software company, has appointed Robert McKeel as Chief Executive Officer. In his new role, he will use his expertise to focus on optimizing the company's operational performance, maximizing business results and providing the best possible service to Fortna's customer base. Fortna includes, among others, Pierau Unternehmensberatung GmbH.
He will also drive forward the expansion and optimized positioning of the company through organic growth and company acquisitions. The focus will be on the broader positioning of Fortna for individual markets and customers. Robert McKeel joins Fortna from General Electric, where he was most recently President and CEO Automation and Controls. In his more than 25 years at General Electric, he was responsible for various divisions. "Robert McKeel brings exceptional leadership skills and the experience and passion to deliver results to Fortna's executive team," said Hank Boye, Office of the President at Fortna. "His proven ability to create a shared vision across the organization while prioritizing operations for overall business success will be one of the key elements in accelerating Fortna's growth in the coming years.
