It adapts its picking process to fragile or heavy items, makes optimum use of the available space and thus ensures smooth handling of the items. Exotec will also be able to provide information on the new software, Deepsky, and the new conveyor technology, Skypath, for the first time on site and answer questions about them. Skypath is a modular conveyor system that achieves a maximum throughput of 2,500 containers per hour. It can be assembled from various modules consisting of curves, inclines and straight lines. This modular principle makes the Skypath suitable for most logistical requirements and layouts and can be easily adapted to different needs.
