Hüdig + Rocholz merges with BLECHmanufaktur
The logistics table professional Hüdig + Rocholz GmbH & Co KG changed its name to Rocholz GmbH on June 1, 2021 and will merge with the metal contract manufacturer and table frame producer BLECHmanufaktur GmbH as the next step.
Since last year, Managing Director Marc Rocholz has been the sole shareholder of the former Hüdig + Rocholz GmbH & Co. KG and also the owner of BLECHmanufaktur, which also produces table frames for offices, restaurants and contract furnishings under the WAKI brand.
"The brands and companies Hüdig+Rocholz, BLECHmanufaktur and WAKI will become one. In this way, we are creating a strong combination of different core businesses," says Marc Rocholz, Managing Director of Rocholz GmbH, about the forthcoming merger. By merging the companies, "Rocholz GmbH is pooling its strengths and expertise to be able to offer an even more attractive and broader product portfolio," Rocholz continues. With a new logo and a new brand structure, Rocholz GmbH will in future offer everything from a single source: Packing tables, table frames, gift wrap dispensers and sheet metal processing.
