Everything according to plan?
NUFAM 2021 will take place
The NUFAM commercial vehicle trade fair will take place as planned from September 30 to October 3 at the Karlsruhe Exhibition Center. Messe Karlsruhe is confident and sees the green light for the industry meeting of the commercial vehicle industry.
With the changes to the Corona Ordinance of the state of Baden-Württemberg, which came into force on June 7, the trade fair industry is looking forward to a concrete opening perspective. This forms the planning basis for this year's seventh edition of NUFAM: linked to the incidence values and with the necessary protection and hygiene measures, NUFAM 2021 will once again combine current technology with mobility concepts of the future.
Project manager Jochen Bortfeld on the planning status: "We see the pressure to innovate in the industry and are convinced that we can offer a safe atmosphere for the urgently needed personal exchange. The anticipation for NUFAM as this year's investment and information platform is unbroken. We can also clearly see this in the support we are receiving from our exhibitors. Together with them, we are looking forward to stepping on the gas once again on the home stretch to the trade fair. "Over 350 exhibitors from all sectors will present their latest transport solutions on a total of 70,000 square meters in the Karlsruhe exhibition halls and the adjacent outdoor area. In addition, the commercial vehicle trade fair will focus on the latest developments in freight mobility of the future with various practice-oriented formats - from lecture series and discussion rounds to new mobility tours. Despite the pandemic, NUFAM is not losing its international character: exhibitors from other European countries in particular, especially from Italy, France and the Benelux countries, will present their innovations at the trade fair.
The team at Messe Karlsruhe attaches great importance to high hygiene and protective measures: The hygiene concept, which is continuously coordinated with the authorities, as well as the protective measures in force at the time of the trade fair, are intended to ensure a safe trade fair visit that leaves sufficient freedom of movement and enough space for networking in a pleasant atmosphere.
