New CEO for Paccar
At the beginning of July, Preston Feight will become Chief Executive Officer at Paccar, one of the largest truck manufacturers in the United States. He succeeds Ron Armstrong, who has been CEO of the company since April 2014.
Feight has been with Paccar for 21 years, including as President of DAF Trucks. For many years in management positions, he was instrumental in the positive development of the company. He has also played an important role in the development of many of Paccar's vehicle and drive systems. "Preston Feight is an outstanding leader who has contributed significantly to the profitable growth of Paccar and its industry-leading products and services," said Mark Pigott. "I congratulate Preston on his promotion to Chief Executive Officer and welcome him to the Board of Directors. On behalf of the Board and all Paccar employees, I would like to thank Ron Armstrong for his five excellent years of outstanding leadership and strategic vision as Chief Executive Officer of Paccar."
