Krone Mobility now via EBTS
Every haulier knows the situation: a driver reports a breakdown. Quick, competent help is now required. Krone Mobility now offers this service via its new premium partner EBTS Always in Motion.
In the event of a breakdown, the driver contacts the EBTS emergency call center, provides their name, the vehicle registration number, the chassis number, the company name of the vehicle owner and the location, and a team is on its way. It goes without saying that EBTS is available free of charge around the clock, seven days a week. Another plus point: EBTS services are available in 18 languages, so drivers can be sure that there will be no communication problems in the event of an emergency call.
