Pooling Partners acquires Spanish pallet service provider El Palet Verde
Faber Halbertsma Groep B.V. operates under the name Pooling Partners and is the European market leader in the integrated pool management of standardized load carriers, the production of wooden pallets and other containers and boxes. Today, the company announced the acquisition of the Spanish pooling service provider El Palet Verde, which operates in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. The shares were previously held by Zara & Logic S.L.

El Palet Verde has its headquarters in Madrid, Spain. In addition, the company maintains 32 depots for active pallet pooling within the corresponding Spanish and Portuguese supply chains. El Palet Verde always ensures that the pallets are available to its customers quickly, conveniently and in the desired quality anywhere and at any time. With its business activities, the company generates an annual turnover of around five million euros. For the future, Pooling Partners plans to maintain existing relationships and partnerships with El Palet Verde's customers and service centers with great commitment and to strengthen them with new synergies.
Both companies strengthen and complement each other
Ingrid Faber, Managing Director of Faber Halbertsma Groep, is extremely pleased with the takeover: "El Palet Verde's extensive network in the Spanish market complements Pooling Partners' international pooling activities. This enables us to offer our customers an even broader service portfolio - especially throughout Europe and beyond."
Sergio Sanz, Operations Director at El Palet Verde, comments: "We are very pleased about the expanded market coverage for the El Palet Verde pool. The integration into the European network of Pooling Partners gives us significantly more room for maneuver. Our products and services extend the geographical reach of both pools, enabling the Group as a whole to further consolidate its position in the market. The El Palet Verde pool will be fully integrated into Pooling Partners' IPP Logipal pool in order to make optimum use of the resulting synergies."
