Swisslog: More control for automated warehouse solutions
To meet the challenges of Industry 4.0 and actively shape the age of digitalization, Swisslog AG is launching a new generation of software platforms under the name SynQ. SynQ stands for "Synchronized Intelligence" and is a further development of the in-house warehouse management system WM 6. The new software platform includes extensive functions for managing, controlling and monitoring automated warehouse solutions. It is supplemented by "Intelligence Services", a range of useful support and analysis functions, for example for statistics or condition monitoring. More than a conventional WMS, SynQ stands for forward-looking, intelligent warehouse management. This optimizes material flows based on data-collected empirical values.
