With the SAPRecognized Expertise award, SAP confirms Knapp's expertise in Austria for supply chain management/extended warehouse management solutions.
Knapp IT Solutions has already successfully implemented over 60 projects based on SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management). Knapp has been an SAP partner since 2012 and offers a wide range of services with around 100 SAP EWM experts. The SAP EWM portfolio ranges from RF or voice-guided processes to SAP EWM incl. MFS (Material Flow System) for new projects, expansions or retrofits to templates for companies that want to roll out to multiple locations.
With the integrated MFS (Material Flow System), SAP EWM by Knapp links directly to the control system (PLC), reduces interfaces and enables seamless process control in SAP. Knapp not only provides all the typical services of an SAP consultant - namely EWM customizing and development - but also everything else required for a successful implementation, such as best practice logistics processes based on specific WMS/WCS experience in the customer's business area and the operation of SAP EWM, including 24/7 SAP EWM hotline support.
