Raiffeisen Agil digitizes with Opheo

Raiffeisen Agil Leese eG, based in Lower Saxony, will be using the Opheo transport control center to manage its fleet of 25 trucks and 31 wheel loaders, mobile shredders and screening machines from the second quarter of 2024.

The system will be used in the petroleum trading, renewable energies and environmental services departments and will be operated by a total of four dispatchers. Opheo will be integrated into the existing IT landscape at Raiffeisen Agil, including the existing Dako telematics system. The order data will be transferred from the Amic A.eins ERP system to Opheo, where it will be scheduled into optimized tours with planned arrival times.

This information is immediately reported back to the ERP software and sent via mobile communications to the Webfleet mobile devices assigned to the vehicles. These are to be equipped with the Opheo Mobile telematics app. Opheo Mobile guides the drivers step by step through the delivery process, with each new delivery status being documented and reported to the head office. Opheo detects delays in the route at an early stage and automatically informs dispatchers of impending delays.

The notification of upcoming deliveries to the customer takes place automatically and the digital delivery receipt is provided by signature on the display of the devices. The new scheduling and telematics solution is set to go live in February 2024. The official go-live is scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2024.
