Material flow as 3D animation
With the Logistic Analyser, UniCarriers offers a tried-and-tested tool for simulating, calculating and analyzing intralogistics processes in its portfolio. The software helps to optimize the total cost of ownership of a solution, especially when building a new warehouse or redesigning a logistics system. The Logistic Analyser uses 3D animations and data-based evaluations to realistically depict the material flows in the customer's operations and shows how processes can be improved and cost benefits achieved. Based on resources, work processes and the warehouse layout, the software analyzes the performance and costs of a logistics system. From this, recommendations are derived as to how logistics processes can be made more efficient and flexible. Planned changes in a logistics system can be simulated before implementation and their benefits and effects on the overall system can be checked. The Logistic Analyzer is part of the new, holistic UniCarriers 360° consulting and service concept.
