Klinkware WMS goes audio-visual
Intralogistics specialist Klinkhammer presents mobile applications for audio-visual user guidance during order picking and storage for the first time.
This should provide customers with decisive cost and flexibility benefits. The mobile solution with a multi-media kit consisting of a smartphone with warehouse management app, headset and scanner covers the areas of put-by-voice storage and pick-by-voice picking. In addition to voice user guidance, the input alternatives touch and scan are also possible. The speech synthesis used in the audio part enables texts to be read aloud, which today can only be output on screens or documents. The smartphone offers graphic interfaces or the display of photos. The smartphone thus replaces specialized devices such as voice consoles and handhelds.
