Klinkhammer's new WMS generation pleases the user
Intralogistics system integrator Klinkhammer is presenting the new graphical user interface and interaction logic of its warehouse management software Klinkware 11 for the first time at Logimat.
It brings the user-friendliness familiar from smartphones to the industrial environment. New user experience strategies increase usability for the operator and simplify interactivity with the software. The Flexboard, a customizable dashboard for monitoring key performance indicators, is easily configurable and available on PCs and mobile devices to avoid walking. For the new software, Klinkhammer placed particular emphasis on ease of use and quick interaction logic. New UX methods were introduced not only in the personalized Klinkhammer flexboards for monitoring the KPIs, but also in the interaction dialogs of the picking stations and the forklift guidance system.
