Efficient Auto-ID solutions from Vitronic
At CeMAT, Vitronic will be presenting Auto-ID solutions that enable a smooth flow of materials and data. One highlight is the next generation line scan camera. The Vicam 3S offers three advantages: smart - an integrated evaluation unit on board the camera enables "plug & play" operation as a stand-alone system,
slim - the design with a width of only 45 cm and around 40 percent less weight simplifies handling and installation of the line scan camera, synchronized - the system reads, processes and transmits the data in a continuous process and scores with the best reading results. The Volumec HD volume measurement system measures the dimensions of cuboid or any other objects on conveyor belts and sorters with high precision. The product has currently been tested in accordance with the MID (Measurement Instruments Directive) and is therefore also suitable for associated processes. Invoices can be created automatically on the basis of the data obtained and customer package information can be compared with the measured data.
