proLogistik cooperates with Feig Electronic

The system provider proLogistik is entering into a strategic partnership with Feig Electronic, a specialist in contactless identification (RFID). The two companies are joining forces to implement warehouse and production processes faster and more reliably for their customers.

proLogistik increases efficiency at Feig Electronic

With the HyWEAR compact, proLogistik is expanding its portfolio in the area of back-of-hand scanners. The HyWEAR compact back-of-hand scanner offers a combination of a compact RFID & barcode device and a comfortable cuff. The data can be transmitted wirelessly over short distances via Bluetooth to the industrial PCs and voice devices from proLogistik. This makes HyWEAR compact a suitable tool for order picking in logistics and ensures greater ergonomics and efficiency at the workplace thanks to hands-free working.

Easy handling and safe processes
The HyWEAR compact wearable can be integrated directly into existing processes and does not require any special receiving stations. The scanning process is triggered with the thumb using a tactile switch. Highly visible status LEDs, vibration feedback and acoustic signals minimize the risk of incorrect scans and increase process reliability. Another advantage is the replaceable battery, which can be changed in seconds and is ready for use across all shifts.
