New TC8000 mobile computer from Zebra Technologies

The manufacturer at least promises a time saving of up to one hour per shift. This increases productivity by an average of 14 percent, depending on the workflow. The TC8000 is 33 percent lighter than its predecessor models and the training period should also be shorter. The device also has a battery suitable for three-shift operation and can be used for warehouse management, price checks, goods receipt, stocktaking, voice-controlled picking and replenishment applications. The TC8000 automatically updates the outdated terminal emulation green screens to modern graphics-based all-touch terminal emulation screens, so IT does not have to make any changes to the backend systems.
